Quest Giver for New Quest from Update
If there's a new quest from an update, the quest giver should be in town, because if it's in an area you've already been through, it's too hard to find if you have to go far out into the boonies to get the quest.
For example, I would have taken a long time to find out about the new Eastern Frontier quest (I forget the name). I have a new character that isn't that far yet, so eventually I would have run into it. But if you're playing a character that has already been there (which I was right after the update), it would be helpful to have some NPC in town telling you where to go.
I beamed around to different towns in the area, but no one was offering the quest. I had to go online to find out where it was.
Edit: Something like this would have helped for the History of Ascalon quest (not sure if that is name) you get from Witness Rastin. It only comes up after you finish the Cities of Ascalon quest, and you're already at Nolani. And who's stepping outside of Ascalon City and going by Zain & Rastin by that point?
Either that or it needs to be available sooner.
